Hello RFD. Thank you for your comment. I am only changing to first names where the surname is the same as family name in question. I am surprised by your rather bald assertion that the name: "should be kept alphabetically with their surnames." There is a great deal of precedent across the system that runs contrary to this: in starting the exercise I found that well over half of such family categories are already organised as I bene doing and it seems to go against simple common sense in the specific instance. It seems to make rather a nonsense of the alphabetical system to do anything else, quite apart from the obvious fact that it fails to recognises fails to critical differentiating point in the specific instance.
